These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the wj1 platform, including all casino games, sports betting, account services, bonuses, and any other features available at wj1.net. Please read them carefully before registering or using any wj1 service.

You must be at least 21 years old to register and play on wj1. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. Age verification may be required at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be immediately closed and funds forfeited.
Each player is permitted to hold only one active wj1 account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, household, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and wj1 ("wj1," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the wj1 platform at wj1.net. By registering an account or using any wj1 service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 By accessing the wj1 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.
2.2 These Terms apply to all users of the wj1 Platform, including registered Players and visitors who access the Platform without registering.
2.3 If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the wj1 Platform and, if applicable, close your Account.
2.4 wj1 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and engage in Real Money Play on wj1. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law and strictly enforced by wj1. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
3.2 Geographic Restriction. The wj1 Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of wj1 complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
3.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on wj1:
3.4 Verification. wj1 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.
Age Verification: wj1 takes underage gambling extremely seriously. Any Account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposits may be returned at wj1's sole discretion after deducting any amounts wagered.
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on wj1. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited.
4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your Account details promptly if any information changes. wj1 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate information provided by you.
4.3 Account Ownership. Your wj1 Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. You may not allow any third party to access or use your Account.
4.4 KYC Compliance. wj1 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by wj1 for this purpose, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
4.5 Account Dormancy. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. wj1 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormancy policy, as notified to you in advance.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wj1 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party.
5.2 You must notify wj1 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.
5.3 wj1 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your Account where such use results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
5.4 wj1 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. wj1 reserves the right to require 2FA for certain account actions, including large withdrawals.
5.5 wj1 will never contact you by email, SMS, or any other channel to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from wj1 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
wj1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved Philippine payment methods. Currently accepted methods include GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted.
Prohibited Payment Methods: wj1 does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind (including Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset) or credit card gambling deposits. These restrictions are in place to comply with current Philippine payment regulations.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. wj1 reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits in accordance with responsible gaming policies or regulatory requirements.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your wj1 Account. Before processing any withdrawal, wj1 may require completion of KYC verification. Standard withdrawal processing time is within twenty-four (24) hours of approval, subject to payment provider timelines. wj1 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
All transactions on wj1 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.
wj1 is required to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. wj1 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities and to freeze or close Accounts where money laundering activity is suspected.
7.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by wj1 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. wj1 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. wj1 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated systems to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting errors in bonus calculations. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited.
7.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. wj1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already claimed it, wj1 will honor the promotion for that Player subject to the original terms.
7.5 Bonuses are intended for recreational play only. wj1 reserves the right to limit or exclude any Player from participating in promotions at its sole discretion.
8.1 All games available on the wj1 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the applicable rules before placing any wager.
8.2 Random Number Generation. All RNG-based games on wj1 use certified random number generators that have been independently tested and audited for fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published for all slot titles.
8.3 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in certified studio environments. All live game sessions are recorded. In the event of a technical failure during a live game, wj1 will resolve the situation in accordance with its technical failure policy, which may include voiding the affected round.
8.4 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets are subject to separate sportsbook rules. wj1 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the outcome has already been determined at the time of placement, or where a manifest error in odds has occurred.
8.5 Manifest Errors. wj1 reserves the right to void any bet or game result that arises from a manifest error, including but not limited to incorrect odds, software malfunctions, or human error. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Player's Account.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wj1 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
10.1 All content on the wj1 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface design, is the property of wj1 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content.
10.3 The wj1 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of wj1. You may not use any wj1 trademark without prior written consent.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, wj1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
11.2 wj1 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. wj1 will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not warrant uninterrupted access.
11.3 wj1's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit wj1's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11.5 You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. wj1 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through gambling on the Platform.
12.1 wj1 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.
12.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.
12.3 wj1 complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.
13.1 wj1 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. We provide a range of tools to help Players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
13.2 Players who wish to self-exclude from wj1 may do so by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within twenty-four (24) hours. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be permitted to access your Account or create a new Account.

14.1 By wj1. wj1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where wj1 reasonably believes that: (a) you have breached these Terms; (b) your Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes; (c) you are ineligible to hold an Account; or (d) it is required to do so by law or regulatory direction.
14.2 By You. You may close your Account at any time by contacting wj1 support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
14.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.
14.4 Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, wj1 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the Account, including both real money and bonus funds.
15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the wj1 Platform shall first be submitted to wj1's customer support team for informal resolution. wj1 will endeavor to resolve all complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
15.4 wj1 operates under applicable Philippine gaming regulations overseen by PAGCOR. Regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.
16.1 wj1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, wj1 will provide reasonable advance notice via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.
16.2 The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
16.3 Your continued use of the wj1 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
